Using CoinSwap.now means agreeing to these terms. They are short — please actually read them.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing coinswap.now or placing an order through it you agree to these terms and to our role as described below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that using cryptocurrency exchange services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
What CoinSwap.now is
CoinSwap.now is a comparison and routing interface. We aggregate quotes from independent third-party exchange providers and decentralized liquidity routes, forward your order to the provider you select, and display its progress. We are not an exchange, broker, money transmitter, or wallet.
Non-custodial service
CoinSwap.now never holds, controls, or has access to your funds at any point. Deposits go directly to an address controlled by the provider executing your swap, and payouts are sent by that provider to the address you supplied. We hold no private keys on your behalf and cannot reverse, freeze, expedite, or recover any transaction.
Third-party providers
Swaps are executed by independent providers under their own terms of service, which apply to your order in addition to these terms. CoinSwap.now does not control provider execution, pricing, availability, compliance decisions, or solvency, and is not liable for any provider's acts or omissions, including delayed payouts, cancelled orders, or funds withheld for compliance review.
Quotes and rates
Quoted amounts are estimates until the executing provider confirms your order. Float-rate orders settle at the rate in effect when your deposit confirms; fixed-rate orders are honoured only within the provider's validity window and deposit tolerance. Displayed quotes include provider fees and our aggregation margin.
Compliance checks
Providers may screen transactions and may suspend an order pending identity verification (KYC/AML) under their own policies. In that event the funds remain with the provider; your order page will identify the provider and link to its support channel. CoinSwap.now cannot release, expedite, or adjudicate a compliance hold.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, proceeds of crime, or any unlawful purpose; from a sanctioned jurisdiction; or if you are under 18. We may block interface access to addresses or regions where we are required to do so.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinSwap.now's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the aggregation margin we earned on the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by providers, blockchains, wallets, or your own errors, including sending to a wrong or incompatible address.
Risk disclosure
Digital assets are highly volatile and transactions are irreversible. Rates can move against you between quote and settlement; networks can congest; providers can fail or withhold funds pending review. Only swap amounts you can afford to lose, and always double-check payout and refund addresses — transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered by anyone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. The version in force when you place an order governs that order.
